Timecontrols?

In the two first rounds of my knockout tournament I'm using the following timecontrols: 2 matches with 40moves in 100minutes and a possible tiebreak where there's 2 matches with 25minutes + 10sec. inc. In the semifinals there will be four matches, but I'm considering changing the timecontrols due to time consumption. So I'm asking for some ideas. I've considered: 4*120minutes+30sec. inc., which means a game duration of 5hours and 20minutes for 80 moves. The tiebreak remains unchanged.
Tournament update: CometB04-Ant3.61: 1½-½ (CometB04 meets TCB43 in the 1/4-final).
