AC-1 Winboard KO Tournament by Alexandre Côme
15min+3sec on Winboard 4.0.2, AMD K6 II 350 Mhz, 16MB for Hash Table, Ponder Off
The first turn will be in 10 games, the second in 15 games and the final in 20 games!
First Turn:
Anmon 4.27-Comet B05= 3-7
Bringer 1.5-LGoliath 2.05= 2-8
Dragon 3.11-Zchess 1.2= to come later
Phalanx 21-TCB 0043= to come later
Comet B05 and Lgoliath 2.05 are selected for the second turn,
I am very impressed by performance of Comet B05 against Anmon 4.27
The victory of LGoliath 2.05 against Bringer 1.5 is logical but the score is too heavy
If you are interested by games in pgn ask me!
Best Regards,

CometB05 generally does quite well against AnMon, even at longer timecontrols. Here are the two pgns from their meeting in the third round of my 40/90minutes tournament.

Hello Alexandre,
interesting tournament. I hope you give me the PGN Files for this website later :-)
I think that Comet is an little stronger than AnMon.
In the games from Kai, Christian and me AnMon lose with 9,5 : 12,5 !
AnMon 4.09-4.27, Comet A.95-B.05 !
Dragon - ZChess (tip 3,5 : 6,5, Kai Christian and I 2,0 : 6,0)
Phalanx - TCBishop (tip 5,0 : 5,0, Kai, Christian and I 14,5 : 13,5)
Kind regards
Frank
