Many programs are not free or you can buy this (Ferret, Chess Wizard, Arthur, Ruy Lopez, Ikarus and more ...)

You could get Zarkov from the Chess 4 Less company, but you can't get the Winboard version, you could maybe try the MasterChess program that uses Zarkov http://www.chess4less.com/ but again, not for Winboard.
Voyager can't really be gotton.
Some things are NOT available, those 2 Winboard programs are amoung them.

Take a look at Frank's Winboard ticker, the program "LaPetite" coming soon to the download page, programmed by Dr. Gabriele Müller who made Voyager.
