I am very pleased with the result of ZChess in the last french championship.
It has played somme good games and its 2 loss (out of 7 games) were
not so desastrous :
The first loss was against Capture.
I realised after the tournament that the winner of this game would
have been the french championship, and ZChess was really near to win this game :
it was better in all the opening , won a pawn, but under evaluate its king
safety;
and Capture was better. Eventually, Zchess achieved to find a way to the
draw, but, at move #140 it made a big blunder in a completely drawn position
(both
programs were in big zeitnot)

The 13th move of Chess Tiger is very impressive : a queen sack !
but actually CT didn't found it by itself: it was in its book until move 17
(ZChess left its book at move 11)
It seems that it was the first time in such a tournament that I faced
a killer opening book line. I hope it was also the last one !

1.5) very
