Bringer & missing dll's for some people

Some people have had problems of not being able use Bringer because their computers complaned about missing dll files, so this is copied from what I posted at CCC:
Gerrit has posted a fix for the problem of the missing dll files with Bringer,
see his web site at http://www.online.de/home/reubold/ and download
Bringer_15_stat.zip only if you have the problem.
