I think that older Comet version B.06 is good play stronger as the new Comet B.13 version !
Not easy to say version x or y is stronger !
We have all the same problems )

My guess is that in all cases, it probably changes from computer to computer, and from time control to time control.
Another guess, probably if you use an identicle or close to identicle computer as the programs author used, and did your tests at the same time controls as the author tested his versions at, that in _most_ cases, each version has gotten stronger, unless maybe repairing a bugfix had damaged it's strength.

Yes that is right !
Yes Pete !
It`s interesting to make a test with Phalanx with longer time controls and blitz games against 5 other engines. The versions 19, 20 and 21 !
