CilkChess 5.2.1 distribution?

Hi Frank,
On your ticker page, there's some mention of CilkChess 5.2.1 distribution. Has anyone actually compiled this for the Microsoft OS world? It seems to me that I had tried to compile it a long time ago, and it was so far over my head that I didn't even come close.
