Chispa 2.1 is available from its webpage: www.winboard.info/chispa
The principal change from the 2.0 version is the openings book format. As the previous format was really buggy and make Chispa to hangs, I changed it temporary to a TSCP similar. It's possible to make this kind of books with the Rebel 12 program: http://members.home.nl/matador/chess810.htm
