The deadline is set to May 20, starting is planned for May 24.
There is also free updating allowed during the first 3 rounds,
or a bug fix if a _serious bug_ appears during the first 6 rounds.
(Please look at my 'Rules' for more informations)
The advantage of sending a participating programs version until
May 20th, the official deadline, is that you will be included
in at least one test tourney before start.
The seeding list is published at my site of course,
file under 'Class D'.
