Java exe builds

Here are the latest exe builds for Eden 0.0.5 & Pyotr 0.6 Amateur
complete with full installer. They are pretty big (2.5mb each) because they also include
the necessary runtime dll. Subsequent compiles will be much smaller (only need to download and
install the full package once.)
