Gothic Chess and CRC (Capablanca Random Chess) sufficiently

Hello WB Members!
Making an offer to release a 10x8 Capablanca Chess aware position editor,
it now seems for me to get serious problems with Ed Trice, though I not
at all have intedend that. Moreover I am doing nearly everything what is
possible, not to interfere with his Gothic Chess method of playing.
Therefore kindly have a look on that posting of mine in the CSS forum
http://f23.parsimony.net/forum50826/messages/101376.htm and check
(in your opinion) whether:
a) am I different enough from his GC with my CRC (Capablanca Random Chess)
proposal?
b) why should a position editing tool as suggested interfere with his patent?
Thank you very much for critic answers.
Regards, Reinhard.

Ok, you have asked for it.
But he didn't answered at all in the original thread.
...
Why continue here? IIRC Ed Trice never posted here and the thread at CSS is still opened. And why not asking him by mail? His mail address is in his posting at CSS and in all his postings at CCC.
and check
Sorry, no idea. I'm not very interested in this patented or only-for-money stuff.

That is true (until that moment).
That is not for to get him answering here. I hoped for neutral opinions.
I have and use his email address. But to that he is not really objective.
Therefore I made such a CRC suggestion.

I do hereby swear a solemn oath that I will never play Gothic chess as long as I live. Even if offered one million dollars to play a game, I will not do it.
Mr Trice seems very combative, and I dislike very much the idea of a patent on a board game. It may be legal to do it, I imagine, and I will obey any law. I have enough problems with the simpler game of chess anyway.
If (for some strange reason) a person wants to play on a big board with scads of pieces, they could try this one:

Personally, none of the chess variants has any interest for me.
