Crafty 19.14 help in console mode ?

All previous version of Crafty would display a list of commands in console mode when typing help. But with version 19.14 DC, i get this error message ...
ERROR. Unable to open "crafty.hlp" -- help unavailable
Is this a bug or a change in procedure?

Looks like he got tired of changing the text in the code and now just types out this file instead:
ftp://cap.connx.com/pub/chess-engines/n ... crafty.hlp
