Hi Sedat
Great tournament: surprising Rebel 12 and disappointing
CM9_T05. I hope you have not created a separate UCI-engine
for this setting and included the parameters under [EXTRAS]
which brings wrong results. People should use Manfred Meiler's
pre-set-up method with text files http://www.computerschach.de/freeware/theking.zip.
Or is CM9_T05 just suffering from a dizzy spell?
Kind regards
Kurt

Kurt,
I did a little testing on T05 and found it kind of weak against free engines like ruffian and list512. Maybe it was optimized more towards commercial programs like fritz8 and shredder8? All of the cm9k settings have weaknesses. Even R1 and other supurb settings sometimes finish poorly.

Hi Jason
Of course: all settings have weaknesses. As to your question: no,
CM9_T05 has not been optimized vs Fritz8 and/or Shredder8. It is
just the best overall setting we have ever created.

Hi Sedat
The only difference I can see is
InitString=cm_parm default\cm_parm opk= (your solution)
whereas it should be in my opinion
InitString=cm_parm default\ncm_parm opk=
Kind regards
Kurt
