I am impatient

Hi all,
It is 4 days now that the first report about El Chinito being a Crafty clone was published. Is this too short time for the authors to publish a refutation of the accusation?
As time goes by they will have to be more and more convincing...

I don't think they are on holidays because apparently they are in contact with Frank and Leo, at least so I think.
SzG Swiss 3rd division is over tomorrow and I would like to start the 1st division at the week-end.
If they remain silent till Saturday, I'm going to start without El Chinito.

... >may be the authors are on hollydays ?

so we must wait for a reaction ....
Really? As I read somewhere the authors already replied to emails.
Therefore I believe they are aware of the accusation.
Personally I'm not impatient. I would be surprised if they answer. And the
surprise would be very pleasurable if they could disprove the accusation.
I read the benefit of doubt has to be applied here. I totally agree as it
is a universial principle. And I read we have to wait until the accused
have spoken as a court does. In general I tend to agree but there is an
important difference:
A court can force the defendants to make a statement. This is an opportunity
we don't have. All the "authors" of Voyager, LaPetite, DS9 and all the
other clones had their fair chance to convince us they of their innocence.
They all refused to do so. Does that prove their innocence or does that
make it even worse? I tend to the latter.
It is of course possible that someone will come up with a reasonable
refutation of the accusation. Facing the given evidence I would be
surprised.
The whole story made me more and more mistrustful.

Hello,
Waiting for a reaction doesn't mean ignore the fact. Unless others there is other ,El Chinito will not run the olympiads for Spain . I prefer a weacker spanish team , and running "real" engine , rather than getting stronger clones!
