I am going to change some rules :
- 40/40 with 50 engines takes too long for the B class. I'll choose 40/30 next time.
- El Chinito messed the whole tourney, so to avoid injustices I'll promote 10 engines to A tournament (4 was announced) - of course the clone won't promote
- Time control for A tournament will be 40/40 (40/60 was announced).
