Rebel 12 under CMX GUI

Hallo !
I tried to install R 12 under CMX GUI but I don't know what i must write in the following three fields of the Import Wizard Engine(under Action menu):
1.opening book-Use CMX book-yes or not ?
2.opening book-Book Name-which name ?
3.comand line parameters-what about ?
Can anyone help me ?
