This is a few results and tests on my PII-266/64 without ponder:
Gromit 3.0-Bringer 1.6: 7-1 (30m+5s/game).
Six wins and two draws for Gromit. Especially the endgames were handled good by Gromit. There are a few bad lines for Gromit in the Fritz4.fbk, but Bringer couldn't handle the advantage. Gromit seems better at shorter games than previously. I'm going to try tougher competition later.
Playoff between the first four programs of ML-5. The game format was 4*40/5' per round.
1. Dragon 3.11, KnightX 1.52: 7,5/12
2. Ant 4.16: 5,5/12
3. Inmichess 3.01: 3,5/12
What's the best configuration of Inmichess hashtables when the maximum limit is 20Mb? Is it 8+4+3 (current), 8+8+3, 8+4+6 or 16+1+3 (Hash+hash2+hashpawn)?
Standings of ML-6 after two rounds (Each match: 4*90'/game):
1.SOS 11/99: 6,5/8
2.Crafty 17.8c: 6/8
3.AnMon 5.06, Phalanx22c: 4/8
4.CometB15: 2/8
5.Amy 0.6: 1,5/8
Could have been more interesting if Gromit 3.0 had participated, but it wasn't released at the time.
