Your site is much faster now.
Und den Rest in Deutsch. Java ist eine grossartige Sprache, aber die Verwendung ausgerechnet zur Navigation in Webseiten ist (meines Erachtens) geradezu ein Mißbrauch. (Nebenbei: wir können uns gerne nochmal auch per Tel über Frames unterhalten).

Hallo Volker,
irgendwann muß ich ja mal umstellen aber ich habe jetzt wirklich genug.
In kurzer Zeit dreimal alle Seiten umgestellt, dass wäre mit Frames eine Sache von 5 Minuten. Aber das Erstellen ist mir noch nicht gelungen. Werde dann auf Dein Angebot zurückkommen bzw. Du hast mir auch schon mal Beispiele zugesandt. Diese habe ich mir bewußt noch nicht angesehen, weil ich das zuerst alleine schaffen wollte --- kläglich gescheitert --- !

I agree. I don't like Java at all. The reason is that even though I have a very fast connection to the internet now, it still takes a long time to load a web page that uses Java. I think the problem is (and someone might correct me on this) that Java doesn't really rely on your connection speed, it seems to rely on your computer's own resources, and since my computer is slow (only 90mhz) it still takes a long time to load to Java pages even with my fast connection, because my computer is doing the work, and in my case, it's not doing it very well.
