My guess is that the isp got shredded by the "I love you" virus from the Philipenes. Sinse MS decided to sell my hotmail email address to every spammer in the universe, I'm very used to just deleting messages from people who claim to love me (etc.)

Hi Dann,
what is ISP ?
My provider wrote me for 4 days that "I love you" virus is not the problem. And this is the last message from my provider. I think logIN Trier have big problems with a line from the German Telekom. But I can write eMails with logIN Trier !! Yesterday I can`t write eMails.

At the "SECOND" my webpage works fine !
Yes, Geocities, Xoom or Tripod are possibilities.
But I think logIN Trier is very very fast and the service is good. I think it is not the problem from logIN Trier.
For 200 or 300 members a 2 MegaBit connection.

Oops, sorry. ISP means Internet Service Provider. So we get lazy and write isp because we think everyone knows what that means. But it probably doesn't make sense if you don't normally speak English.
