Ozwald0.42 bug fix

Ozwald 0.42 has a bug with it's opening book: sometimes it chooses a wrong line from the book, which may lead into blunders or even illegal moves during opening (max 6 moves). This may be fixed either by not using opening book or downloading a corrected version 0.42b from

Ozwald's strength doesn't change much whether it is used with book or not, so you can choose yourself. Without book 0.42 and 0.42b are identical. In tournaments I would prefer 0.42b with book.
