New version of Ozwald available

Changes from 0.42:
- Search speed much improved (at least tripled) due to different
compilation. This compilation was available already in late 0.42b.
- Knows fifty-moves rule as well as draw by lack of mating material.
- Last versions didn't always know how to mate a lone king even with
lots of material, this one does and does it as soon it detects the
mate.
- If he has only one legal move, moves instantly.
- Draw-command supported (accepts draws if current evaluation negative
enough).
- Several bug fixes, including one in mate/stalemate detection.
