Changes:
- Added new options in the configuration file and in UCI mode.
THE CONFIGURATION FILE HAS BEEN CHANGED, SO REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW
- Fixed a bug in the EGTB directory detection in the configuration file
- Some small changes
There's no change in the strenght. I will rewrite the evaluation function for the version 4.0
