Avoiding own calculations I would try Elostat. Adjusting the "StartElo" to the value of the known programs should give an estimation. If you have Arena the tool is build in.This site may be of help to you:

Galis' WBTM does something similar but provides Glicko ratings.
In additon there is an excel sheet calculating DWZ ratings somewhere on the website of the "Deutscher Schachbund" (IIRC, in German).
