Hi,
Certainly there are those who wait eagerly for the final result of SzG Swiss 2nd division. For them, two results from round 9:
Thinker-AnMon 1-0
Comet-PostModernist 1-0
(Both seemed to be a draw, but the losers collapsed in the endgame.)
This means that two promotion places are now certain: Thinker (winner of the 2nd division; what a result for an engine that was in the 3rd division last season!) and Comet will play in the 1st division next season!
I regret to say that Abrok, once a 1st division engine, will play in the 3rd division next season.
The above mentioned games will probably be available for download on Thursday.
