Hi,
Quark 2.35 Paderborn    ½½01  2.0/4
Crafty 19.12            ½½10  2.0/4
------------------------------------
well, so far Quarks 50%-strategy seems to work quite well... :) When it holds the division this is at least for me outstanding ! Because I was quite sure that it will not hold... And still I am, some tough opponents still to match...

Hello Leo,
An appeal if I may:

Stop making your competition so @!#$%!&*! exciting!!
Alright, I apologise for the $ followed by the % which is a bit over the top.
:-)

Leo, I have no idea how to do my ususally wild and inaccurate forecasts. Hmmm...this may be an unintended but beneficial side effect. Less clutter on the Forum.
For the Premier the King looks good. I am going to put my bets on the King, Deep Sjeng and the Ruffian. I am not going to go a step further even with arm wrenching!
Alright, alright Dann, let go my arm! I will talk. I tell you, some people...
The King wants it badly but Deep Sjeng has the quality to make up the distance. Ruffian is picking up frightful speed...
I will go with The King, Deep Sjeng and Ruffian in that order. There will not be anything in it in terms of margin. Oh boy, my nails....
------------------------------------
The Baron 1.3.0b3 10½1 2.5/4
Amy 0.8.7 01½0 1.5/4
------------------------------------

By any means necessary.....
:-)
The Baron is in the hunt but will need not to lose any more matches. The heartbreak of a playoff series would be too much for me to bear and at the current moment the Baron is just barely hanging on in the dreaded blue zone....
Sigh.
Has anyone noticed Movei?
Slowchess is anything but. The fat lady is putting the finishing touches in that division for sure.
Later.

Crafty would be in the mix too y'know but when I look at the schedule, Crafty has played all of the bottom of the division foes already.
The King has three matches with lower placed engines, Ruffian two.
That was why I gave the edge to the King.
Etc.
Hey, I never said it was a scientific process!
I leave that up to Richard, Dann and Uri.
Later.

It looks fairly sure to me that Quark will hold.
There is no question that Quark is one of the very strongest amateur engines and belongs in the Premier division of Leo's tournament.
But still, where's my monkey?
