Hi Vladimir I have a question regarding books.
It seems the book you provided until version 2.71 doesn't exist
for download anymore on your page? Do you prefer that one uses
the small one you provided since 2.80 or the older bigger one?

Dann Corbit has a book which he updates ever so often (or infrequently) on his site.

You can find it here.

It is 2 mb zipped so it should be large enough for you.
