Green Light news (downloads now work, Graz version)

A number of people have e-mailed me to point out that downloads of Green Light were not working. Thanks for all who took the time to tell me. This was due to a dispute with my ADSL ISP ya.com. All my download zips were hosted via my ya.com account. I've finally got around to moving them on to my main 7sun.com site, so they should now work for everyone again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As a little bonus I decided that there was no real reason not to release the a version of GLC that played in WCCC Graz 2003. In fact, a different version played in almost every round (as I made modifications), so I'm making available the one that competed in round 11. This was based on a development branch, so it has the strange version number 3.0.3.4. Enjoy!
