Creating a book with SOS (wb)

Hello everyone,
I'd like to know wheter it is possible to create an own book for the SOS engine from let's say a PGN file. On WBEC one can read that it indeed is possible, on Aaron's site one can read the opposite.
If it indeed is possible, how do I do it? SOS unfortunately comes without any docs and running it from the command line didn't provide any useful information.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Its not possible (AFAIK), seems to be a error at my site, sorry!
