Some notes on Chispa 4.0 PR1

- Chispa don't send feature done=0 at the start, so if you uses a large TBs set, the game will start and Chispa will be not ready.
- Pondering seems to don't work in Winboard
- Probably some time problems, I have to check that.
Right now I don't have access to source code, but the problems will be fixed in the next version probably tomorrow or the day after.
