My question is about the size of the chessboard. Is it possible to modify the chessboard with FIDE pieces and rules. Size 7x5. I have seen a screenshot of a mini variant.

I have another question related to internet chess. I have downloaded the latest Winboard 4.3.14k but when I connect to FICS, it says a file is missing.
Can you help me.

Which file? Considering timestamp (the ICC equivalent) isn't included, it's probably timeseal.exe. I couldn't find a stand-alone download, but http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/winboard/winboard-4_2_7b.exe

Timeseal and Timestamp missing. I copied them and it works now. Thank you.
