Needed functions: see and select positions from a dialog

I use WB to load a file with multi positions in FEN format. The problem my laptop has not PgDn, PgUp keys, I can't use Alt-Shift-PgDn/PgUp to select next/previous positions. Selecting those functions from menus is not very convenient.

I wish to have a dialog to list and select positions (similar to one for PGN games) .
