Public source repository

I created an SVN source repository for the work on xboard/winboard. I named it XWinBoard, just to kind of encapsulate both names. The names aren't changing though, it's just the name of the repo.
It's up on sourceforge.net. You can check out normally through anon SVN, or if you'd like to contribute, create a sourceforge account and let me know, I'll give you write access.
This will be the "official" place for current sources of our branch of xboard/winboard. This means the sources will be in a beta state, and possibly won't even compile. Bear this in mind!
