Queen 3.07

Queen 3.07 is available from my website http://home.planet.nl/~ammeraal/.
A serious bug was fixed with regard to the WinBoard protocol.
Also, this new version is about 5% faster than Queen 3.06.
Otherwise, these two version are equivalent.
