Is there a website where a collection of possible initialization files -or details about them- for WB engines can be found? In several cases the engine supports an .ini file not included in the release. For example, Plywood -AFAIK- can be told, buy means of the .ini file, to use its opening book, but the file is not included and I don't know what commands I should put there, should I create the .ini myself.

the ini file is a CP file. It has nothing to do with winboard but it is required for some other GUI's other than Winboard such as ChessPad and ChessPartner.
