RWBC anthology and download updated

Postby Guenther Simon » 28 Jun 2008, 11:58

You may have noticed that the RWBC pages are open again since a while.
There is a bigger update available today, more from the change log
excerpt below. Thanks for the interest.

I want to beat you especially to the updated stats/diagrams which now
also include commercials.

Hello Guenther,

I am thrilled - as are several others including the Doctor - that you and Leo are back.

You know how big a fan I am of your Thinker books!

Later.

There is now also a PDF version of the stats/diagrams available.
Finally I found out how to adapt the size etc. in the export feature
in OpenOffice. It is linked from each anthology page.

Thanks for your interest!

Another note:
I did a link check today for the whole anthology.
All links are updated now and I have added some more
engines to my download page.

Hi Guenther,

Welcome back! :D

On your home page the link for the Winboard Forum is wrong!

Also, you are linking to the old, outdated Winboard FAQ at horizonchess. I've put a lot of work into a modernized version of the Winboard FAQ. You can find it at
http://computer-chess.org

Thanks.

Yes Guenther, Welcome Back :)

The link to the Winboard FAQ is outdated here as well. When I have some time I'll check all the links and will update them when needed.

Hi Graham,

The Horizon logo was created a long, long time ago! By Thomas Mayer (I think).

Thanks for the hint Ron! I simply forgot about those changes.
I have updated the links also for ChessWar a few days ago.

Best wishes,
