New 8 core tournaments starting next week

If there are any engine authors who've not already had their engine in the previous 8 core tournaments I've run, but who'd like to have their engine included in this one, please email me gbanksnz at gmail.com with your engine.

As this is a non-CCRL tournament, I'm happy to include private engines and beta versions.

The tournament will be run under the ChessGUI interface, so I'll be including both winboard and uci engines.
