Winboard engine author - talkchess domain seems parked

I wrote the pulsar2009 engine that plays chess and variants. My primary computer chess forum has been talkchess dot com and winboard forum second. Last 2 days talkchess has been redirecting to off-the-air dot com and someone told me they parked the domain? Any news on when it may get back up or what's going on or if this is a closure?
