Mscp 1.5b update

This program is an unofficial enhancement of the original Mscp 1.4 source code by Marcel van Kervinck,
distributed with his kind permission. These enhancements may or may not find their way into the official
Mscp at a later stage.

1. More aggressive time management.
2. Tweaked Queen/Rook/Pawn piece square table values a bit more.
3. Changed opening book to one converted from 2600u.pgn by
Arturo Ochoa.

Used Alarm 0.93.1 as sparring partner > 40-5-0 , best of 4 , Arena 1.092
