As there seem to be good answer to every question I ask in this forum, here is a tough one !
The TCB version of 1998 (and not the later ones) allows the user to select 2 different hashes, named "size" and "size 2".
The original tcbxiniut.cui suggests "size 18; size2 16" !
A start.cui file proposes "size 20; size2 20" !!
The help files says "Size 12; size 2 11" !!!
So you think I should set both hashes equal or the second inferior by one or 2 ?
I would imagine that "size 22; size2 20" (48m and 12m) would be the most correct for 64mb but I may be wrong ...
