RWBC index redesigned

Not sure if it is the right forum, but if you find non working
links on the main page(everywhere else too of course)
please leave me a note.
It is also possible there is still something missing on the main page.
A quick response if you like/dislike it would be nice too

BTW it is not necessary to link to 'computerchess.htm' anymore
I just keep it as an identical copy of the 'index.htm' for a while.
The link below my signature is sufficient for RWBC.
