Mscp 1.5d (unofficial) update available

Changes:

1. Removed king mate checking from the 1st ply of search (big difference)
2. Hashtable size increased from 4mb to 85mb.
2. Tweaked knight/bishop/pawn piece square tables.
3. Tuned draw offer (still dumb), time management.
4. Mscp will now resign after three 'consecutive' scores below -900
instead of just three scores below -900.
