questions about the new Arion engine

Any idea of the estimated strength of the new Arion WB/UCI engine? And are there are any configuration options for this engine?

Arion runs correctly in Winboard. The engine remains in memory after closing Winboard.

Other features lacking: doesn't have an opening book, doesn't show thinking.

Arion just defeated me in a 5.0 blitz game, so the engine is not too weak.
It's time management is limited as apparently it thinks about 8 seconds a move (so my mistake could be to resign too early )
