Mscp 1.5i update

This program is an unofficial enhancement of the original Mscp 1.4 source code by Marcel van Kervinck,
distributed with his kind permission. These enhancements may or may not find their way into the official
Mscp at a later stage.

Changes:

1.5i

1. Time control changes - Now allocates more time
to moves at certain stages in game.
2. A few small piece square & parameter tweaks.
3. Safety/defence improved.
4. Opening book adjustments.
5. Fixed mate claim bug (again!) - Thanks Leo.


Just got it in before WBEC qualifying (hopefully!)
