RWBC Class B announcement

Official deadline for Class B ends March 5th, 6 pm GMT+1.
As most of you probably know, this deadline assures
new versions to be included in a last test tourney.
Otherwise free updates are allowed as usually, which means,
as long as round 4 wasn't started.

Class B will start on March 7th.
