Comparison Scidlet 3.6 and Scidlet 3.61DC?

I wonder why the version 3.61 (IID) by Dann Corbit has
relatively weak results in RWBC compared to version 3.6?
(only 15 games so far I know, but being in danger of
demoting from Class C is not what I ever had expected...)

Has anyone more games for both to compare?

Celeron 1GHz 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; 3-men, 4-men, and few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Galis WBTM 0.5.0 and Winboard 4.2.7 are used to arrange the event.

If I remember right, there was a drop off in strength between 3.6 and 3.61 that was reported by many testers.

I do not know what caused this difference.
