Mscp 16b update

This program is an unofficial enhancement of the original Mscp 1.4 source code by Marcel van Kervinck,
distributed with his kind permission. These enhancements may or may not find their way into the official
Mscp at a later stage.

1. Found and fixed a bug in pawn piece square tables
that weakened playing white side.
2. Fixed hash table allocation memory/footprint.
3. Further pawn evaluation adjustments.
4. Opening book based on The Edinburgh University Chess
Club Openings Library.
5. 16/32/64mb hash and Blend/SSE/SSE2 versions packaged
together in one zip file for download.

I'm having problems runing the latest version, I can't get any of the varaints to run in Windows XP. I have a 3.2Gig P4 running Win SP.

The debug is as follows:

The program stands still and a process called windr.exe expands until it occupys all the available RAM.

Yes , sorry I forgot to mention with every new release
all old files should be replaced with the new ones. I'll include
the info in all future updates.
