KnightX 1.91 released

Knightx v1.91 winboard engine is released.
I removed a problematic section of evaluation code relative to the pieces distance to kings.
I did a small change in search depth extensions.
I have generated a new and larger opening book, imported from the file Fritz4.fbk.
v1.91 vs 1.90a (same book) : 5W 1L 4D
