Winboard and Arena GUI Test !

I can not understand why some engines such as
Shredder 8 ,Gandalf 6.0...are playing differently under other GUI's when they
are exactly with same conditions ?
I wonder: under which GUI- the engines choose its best,strongest move ?
Important:On this PC( Intel Celeron 1.8 GHz)for the first time is playing chess
engines !!!
