Kiwi 0.4b

version 0.4b of Kiwi is available at:

Sadly, the "patzeriness" of version 0.4a was beyond recovery so this version borrows large pieces of code from 0.3c...
I hope that some of the experimental features introduced in version 0.4a will find their way in future releases though, but more testing is needed...
