mscp 1.5j update

This program is an unofficial enhancement of the original Mscp 1.4 source code by Marcel van Kervinck,
distributed with his kind permission. These enhancements may or may not find their way into the official
Mscp at a later stage.


Changes:

1. Aggressive time management on/off added
to mscp.ini file (a.t.m).
2. You can now set a limit to the number of moves to be played
in a game before a draw will be forced (mscp.ini).
3. Adjustments to middle/engame evaluation.
4. Adjustments to time management.
5. Faster 'Intel' compiled.
